Setting Sticky Keys That Represent a Mouse Click in Windows

Yeah, I remember doing this in Windows 7, where you could make the "+" key on the keyboard simulate a mouse click. It made using up trait items easier even after you could hotkey them in MS. My question is, how do I do this in Windows 10? Does anyone have any idea? I just upgraded after my laptop decided to die on me.
