State of the game?
So I haven't played in forever and last time my high end pc had trouble running the game because of the way the game is coded and I ended up having low fps. (I'm able to play Overwatch, Blade & Soul and other online games just fine at max graphics) Also what's the state of the population, especially in Windia? Been waiting for GMS2 to come out forever but I just lost hope and said forget it.

While I'm not doubting that they may be planning it at this point and that it will probably arrive to NA, companies hire for positions all the time that don't always go anywhere.
@readers: Already posted my proof. GMS2 will indeed happen since there is a job application out for it. Unless they decide to just cancel idea which is highly unlikely since they already posted applications for the job. It's going to happen. Now the matter of when is only the question. I personally think it will happen sometime in 2017 since I am sure they are looking to get someone to get a hold of that job asap. Like most companies they need to hire there management staff asap. Could it be cancelled? Sure it can but as I said it be pretty stupid to post a job application for a development job if you don't plan on bringing the game over. Might as well not have posted that. I am sure more information will be released after the new year as well.

@ragerraging: interesting that it went up in 2015 but not much after RED. What happened in the beginning of 2015?

Don't think GMS2 is going to happen without significant revamps to attract more Korean gamers first, given the current state of MS2 in general.
Come back around winter during 5th job thats when everyone will be playing, as for state of the population right now just add 5k to this list give or take https://goo.gl/sM7Onv
