Fuse or innocence it until you get a decent number of successes.
if your not very funded either 70% or 30% is fine, if ur like this guy^ then go for 15%
15% when its not spell trace fever, i usually can finish a weapon not during spell trace fever with like 3b worth of css
spell trace usually gives me 1 slot per 10b with 15%, o i mean 25%+10+4

15% Spell Traces become 25% during this time, and are effected by Diligence and Guild scroll % increases. So at max for both of those, 10% and 4% added to that 25%.
Best way to scroll a primary weapon is by prime scrolling. Otherwise, take advantage of the spell trace fever events and use 15% spell traces to scroll it, and slowly work your way to perfect all the slots including hammer upgrade slots.
Primes
