Classes Secondary Weapon
I couldn't really tell in the notes, but I know in kms characters that were over level 100 at the time got a secondary equip with epic pot.
In the notes it mentioned giving it to characters leveling up to 100+ which kinda sucks if it doesn't give it to pre-existing 100+ characters.

after 4th job, complete the quest "secondary choice" and you'll get your potted secondary weapon
