Getting back into maple
So im getting back in to maple when shade is released i always loved the pirates that used knuckles. So i left around march and i do now know what happened during the last updates (rising heros and shade release update) I already went through the notes on the official website but i cant really process all that information, Can you guys help simplify the main things that happened during those updates? I dont need any event information Just main game changes, like i noticed there are these rune things and that elite monsters and stuff, But i dont know alot about them. Thanks
EDIT: I also dont know anything about the legacy of nine update.

@probin: Elite monsters are pretty common, you'll find one approx. once 100~250 mobs. Elite bosses are rare, to say the least.

How common would it be to get a elite boss or monster to spawn in your map?

Yeah, they spawn at Drakes forsure, and I'm pretty sure they spawn at the Cygnus maps aswell.
By good loot I meant clean slate scrolls (10%), 50% Epic potential scrolls, Protection scrolls, and soon to be Safety scrolls as well.

Elite bosses: Strong bosses that spawn in normal training maps. If you kill one you get a bonus stage that gives good loot.
Elite monsters: Boss version of the mob you're fighting. Drops epic gear at a higher rate.

Misc:
Some ideal training maps had their levels changed and or now locked down (Kerning Mall, Robos, Scorpions)
Some mobs had their HP increased and as a result give more EXP.
