Ewand or dragon tail
Is it better for a ice lightning mage to get a perfect Elemental wand/staff 7 with 5 set empress or a full set empress with a perfect dragon tail wand/staff? Also can I get a p/c on the Dragon Tail mage cape in Scania? Thanks.

No, the EStaff will be better than the DTM with equal scrolling. It's also a lot cheaper to find higher MATT EStaves than making your own DTM with 20% + Shielding Wards.
30 matt < 10% EStaff bonus when you have >300 total MATK. The 30% bossing is the only thing the DTM set has over the EStaff, which can be somewhat made up with a Dojo glove.

Staff 5 O_o Has the same boost, but estaff has higher base.
What if I got like 9% int on every equip and fully clean empress set?
Get an estaff for the looks, cause empress wand/staff is ugly imo
So the full set stats is better then the extra boost from the estaff?
