I'm a level 145 Drk
I have about 200Mil mesos and I want to upgrade my equips
My equips are
-Clean 16/16/15/15 Zhelm
-Clean Specs w/ 2% Str, +4 Dex
-24 acc Holy Cross Earrings
-10 Int YAC (LOOOOL)
-131 Reverse Alchupiz w/ 3% str
-15 Att Hammered BWG
-Clean Black Neos w/3% Dex, +5 Dex
-Clean Green Neos Pants w/ All stat +5 6% acc, +5 Str
-And 4 zombie rings
-10 Dex Yss w/ 2% Dex
What do you guys think is the most important thing I should upgrade or get

They're worth a lot, and with the money he could buy a lot more %str gear. It's not rocket science.

Sell the specs, buy % top and pants, 3% str top and 3% str pants aren't that expensive. You could get a cape but I guess it depends what kind you get. A taru cape is third tier potential right? Try to get a 3 lined that then. I wouldn't go for any other cape except the blackfist cloak. If not the cape try to get a czhelm or %str earrings. Hope I helped, although everything I just recommended is only possible if you sell your specs
