Haku Fan Potential

I know some potential lines don't work with haku but what about this and is it worth keeping?

%matk lines all the way. That's all you need to know. As long as you get 21%+ though haku should really be using a sw fan...
Would unequipping the 9% magic att fan on haku and then just looking at both items 'Att Increase' suffice? I know one is scrolled though but if you could somehow estimate how much the extra m.att and int will affect your range, maybe you can get a rough estimate.
Funny thing is, I do have a 9% magic att fan on haku but it's 70% traced equipped and the +1 magic att fan is unequipped.
I could equip it just to test it but I want to 15%/prime it haha
So if you guys can think of a way to go about testing without actually equipping the +1 magic att fan, I'm all ears.
I don't think so. I guess you could find another fan with 9% magic attack, equip both and see in your range, but that is total waste of money. :o
Darn I was really excited for this potential...
Is there really any way to check if it works or not?

I believe this is the case. As far as I'm aware only Matk / Int / Matk% / Int % potential lines will affect you on Haku's fan.
