April fools on me?

So I was going around in fm pretending not to know how much gfa 60%'s cost. People would offer something like 5mil and I would say yes, only to laugh and say april fools. Harmless fun right?
There was this guy that was really mad. He followed me for around for a bit. Then he said he was going to report me for scamming and he's gotten people banned like that (allegedly). I laughed at him, but to be honest I'm kind of worried :S Can people actually get banned for this?
