PAC's confused the heck outta me. 4watt.
How much would a 4watt cost? Also, it has +1 str, zero slots, not hammered, and enhanced twice. And if you don't mind, can you explain how these extra slots/enhances/hammers correlate to the price of the PAC? Thank yous!
