What is better? MoN or 22 stat HTP
I've been using a MoN for the past like...30 lvls or so and I just read a comment on a thread saying that an HTP is better than a MoN. I assume that's if te HTP has % of ones primary stat, but what would be better, a 22 all no % stat HTP or an average mon?
