Maple on Windows 8

Recently got a new laptop and it has Windows 8. Windows 8 isn't that bad but that's another topic.

When I play maple, I can't see my health and mana bar because the taskbar covers it. Is there a way to fix it to where the taskbar doesn't cover my health and mana?

I bet your computer resolution is only 1366 X 768. This is why if you play in that resolution on windows mode, stuff gets cover. To fix it change it to 1024 X 768 or something.

Should of got a computer with a higher resolution
if you play fullscreen (which i would never recommend) it shouldn't happen, if you play windowed and it happens then wtf how small is your screen
If it's windowed and the resolution on the client and the computer match then the bottom will still be pushed down by the window of the client.

What I do is I move my task bar to the right. You can do that by right clicking on the task bar and going Properties > Taskbar Location on Screen: Right (or where ever you want to put it).

Yeah, right click Task Bar and go to Properties and there's a checkbox for Auto-hide Taskbar.
Or simply play at fullscreen. Either way works.

Make it auto-hide.
