Good tablet or Kindle?
I'm looking to buy a new tablet/kindle. My budget is $235 and I would like help knowing which ones are good to buy. Help?

The Kindle Fire is an [b]excellent[/b] tablet. A thing to keep in mind is that Windows 8 is coming out in a few months, so you may want to wait.
I've been having a blast with my Kindle Fire. I was really surprised how actually "general purposed" it is, not just a glorified book reader device.
There are times I grab it to check Google for something rather than boot up my computer, it plays some pretty nice games, great MP3 player, nice video display for movies and oh yeah... it reads books.
My only problem with it is it's too big for a pocket, and a bit too small for a "laptop bag", so I'm afraid I'm going to leave it somewhere one of these days.
Oh... and a Kindle owning friend bought his "reconditioned" for ummm.... $169 I think, on Amazon. They have them listed like that every now and then.
