So i bought a 2x quest exp coupon for my zero but it doesnt seem to be working like no bonus exp is given is anyone else having these problems? how do i fix it?

Every christmas, 2x exp coupons from cash shop don't work. It should start working now though, about to check this myself.
Apparently it's bugged because of the current 2x event.
