Submitting a ticket to Nexon
Hi basil, I just found out my account was hacked yesterday, and I want to submit a ticket to Nexon about this
I know there's a big chance they wont read it, but I might as well try
I'm not sure which Category and Sub category I should but my ticket under. I've heard from a lot of basilers that putting it under the billing category makes it more lilely for them to read it.
So yea, any thoughts? I already mentioned how I'm a loyal Nexon customer, and how much NX i have purchased already in the Details.
