Assume same equips, does a Hero have higher dps then a Demon Slayer both before and after the Champions update?

Yes. Heroes have Rage and Combo Attack (and more), these 2 skills give them enough burst of damage to outdamage us DSes, while all we have are both active and passive PDR that boosts our damage. Heroes hit fast and hard thanks to Raging Blow, this puts DSes further below Heroes. DS hit slow and we can't spam Demon Impact due to that tiny weeny bit of DF we got.
