I got to Lv 70, went to Ferdi, but he won't give me the ring. Do I have to do ALL the Edelstein quests?

I got to Lv 70, went to Ferdi, but he won't give me the ring. Do I have to do ALL the Edelstein quests?

Log in and back out.
My WH wasn't getting the Resistance Capsules at lv40 or 50. On each of these locations, I got the capsules after I logged out and back in. o.o
Maybe it's the same with the rings.
damnit ! i just lvled to 70 for nuthin ?
does this mean I have to make a new resistance char to get a ring ? D;
The RR is glitched, wait till Nexon fixes it.
