cant access maplestory

When I open maplestory through gamelauncher, I usually have a 40% of getting to the login screen.
But now it's around 20% and now when I click the "Log in" button, maplestory closes. no error message. nothing.
I'm pretty sure my account isn't banned since I didn't get the gm message saying so.

please help!
