Bug with OOParts Code after Sc
So, as the title suggests, I seem to have a bug with OOParts Code and it is only affecting me, not other xenons.
I have 98% boss without the buff and when I cast OOParts, it stays at 98%.
Before the SC im pretty sure it increased it by 30%.
I've tried relogging but that didn't work.
Any possible solutions?

try unequipping armors/removing all buffs and then reequipping your stuff. might be a previous buff is overwriting it.
Had this bug the other day. Do you happen to get the message: Failed to use the skill due to an unknown reason - when you move maps? Mine fixed after I afked in shop overnight. Maybe try restarting your computer if that doesn't work.
Might be a inconvenient way to fix but uhh if you have a spare SP reset scroll lying around try resetting all the skills. I havent heard of this bug as of yet from anyone else but you. Seems you might be the only one :S. Worth a shot though if you have that SP reset. GL.
send a ticket to nexon is the only thing that comes to mind but who knows how long that will take

Get your xenon, throw away all the weapons and gear. then opparts and it should fix and pick up all your stuff.
Seems to be only you but my friend did the steps above and fixed it.
p.s. you should also throw away all your meso.

nope, I think you just got Nexon'd. Only solution I have is to pre-haet the oven to around 360 degrees fahrenheit and put some nice toast in there and wait around 3-4mins
then slap into your floppy drive, give your comp a nice and slow reboot and it still won't work I'm outta options. Well...theres this one way.....nawww......you would like to send a ticket to nexon.
