Additional Options question

If I use a flame of reincarnation on a scrolled equip, would the stats gained via scrolling be lost?

example: I have a thief top that is 0 attack clean. I scroll it to 10 attack, and then use a flame of reincarnation that happens to add one attack. Would the 10 attack gained from scrolling be removed, resulting in a 1 attack top or would the flame of reincarnation turn the top into 11 attack?
