Inner Ability % Critical Chance
Has anyone been able to get this inner ability? I used 5500+ circulators and I haven't been able to find it. One of my friends has, and only after 700 or so. Is inner ability in general somewhat glitched? I keep getting the same inner abilities, such as 19% buff duration, 8% item drop rate, etc etc

Inner ability works perfectly fine, % critical is just very difficult to find. What you're seeing is not a glitch, the value of bonuses is fixed by tier now, just like potential. 19% buff duration and 8% drop rate are Epic Primary and Unique Secondary/Tertiary lines.
