Drop Rate potential
Can you get it on lvl 40, or even level 20 items with legendary potential? What kinds of items give drop rate potential?
Also, are there any other equips that naturally give drop rate other than greed pendant?

Yes I have lvl 15 single earrings with drop rate potential on them legendary tier
Yea, pretty sure you can get it on first tier items (level 0~30) since eternal rings can get them.

James' friend has a better drop rate set (110% drop rate total) lol. He gave me the idea of seriously considering cubing for droprate
