Does horntail need online mules now or something?
I have 3 people with me and then 3 offline mules in the exp but it won't let us enter. We tried in the designated channels too.

You've always needed the badge to enter into the horntail cave and to fight it.
And by horntail cave I mean the cave right before entering the boss fight.
