Stairway to the Sky 1 -- 54-60
Chryse quests -- 60-64/65
Hoodoo/Voodoo -- 60-65
Twisted Jesters (Toy Room) -- 65-70

You dont need to be dexless to be godly.
Dex has no use for warriors anymore so its normal to be dexless.
