How can i get into the portal at the event hall? it says to finish the quest given at lvl 33 but when i click on it, it just gives a list of cash items

Leave the event hall and try checking Tangyoon's quests again.
i didnt get a rock, i never got the calling quest
Use the rock he gives you?
