Pretty much what above said. Just run the tower and get high enough on the board.
Emblems are obtained from being rank 1, 2-10, and 11-30.

Oz is pretty dead so a 10 minute run should get you top 30 and a 30 minute run will probably get you top 10 LOL

if you have a Boss Arena one, unless its leg, i would suggest going for oz emblem
