You do realize that hoh got nerfed and even I can solo it now (I'm really unfunded) soooooo he probably could solo it with his eyes close it's so easy now, not the greatest exp in the world.
The neglected garden in the root abyss has lots of lvl 180 and lvl 190 monsters. Note u need to have finished the ra quests and u need a party of 1-6 people.

just go to KSH lol i think for people over level 160+, any mosnter over level 160 would satisfy the requirements (unless they changed taht)
