Since we already have Elven Grace which provides +1 atksp does our ishtar still get affected by green pot?

Weapon speed will only affect the start-up and ending animations of RoI. Only a marginal increase in DPS.
The effect of weapon speed on our main mobbing skill Spikes Royale is also very limited (since we have to wait to fall down).
