that 10 second cooldown on shout was unnecessary AND we need to increase the horizontal range on raging blow when it isn't in Enraged status. Just because people say Hero is a bossing class with its kit does not mean we cant be DECENT at mobbing.
eh sadly he is rather useless and can't impact anything.
