Alchemy level 3
When I try to fuse 2 black neos it shows a message that level 3 alchemy fuse equips up to 90, but on the description it clearly says level 3 alchemy can fuse level 71-120 equipment.
Is this a glitch?:/

Well then why does it say on description that level3 can fuse level 71-120?
