Your method doesn't work for a lot of people (I know because it has been posted before and half of the thread became people saying it didn't work). The best way to fix it is to buy a new computer.

I've never had problems with black cipher using too much power, I always set it to high along with maplestory so it gets the primary power it needs. It works better than having it on low and not working as good, it causes me to lag so bad in that situation.

To fix denial you have to show processes from all users

Black cipher used to crash my computer because it uses way to much power. Low is the best option and set it to one core if you have more than one.
Blackcipher causes LAG
I used to have to set it to low within 30 seconds or ms would crash.

Hm really? I feel black cipher priority should be high, and for me and for the other people i've helped so far, this has been a great help in reducing their town lag. Thanks for all the constructive criticism though

You could have added a little more detail.
Maplestory priority -> high or realtime
Black Cipher priority -> low and uncheck all but the last boxes on affinity.
I doubt that any of this will help fix town lag though.

Change what? Priority, affinity? This method was already posted before, and for some users, this doesn't change anything to them.
