pc 6% str clean neos top is 400m a good deal to buy it? also why do people only like potting neos tops? why not level 90 commodore? and many tops, pants, and earrings i see with good/godly potential were crap scrolled with crap like 60% armor/accessory for stat. i thought failed or crappy scrolls do nothing but exponentially deteriorate the resell value.

am i ready for empress and how do i meet dex requirement? I don't know when empress becomes acceptable/common among warriors, especially since the lofty dex requirement is difficult to meet now that everybody's building dexless. I googled for a couple threads about this issue but none of them had a clear answer.
