Anyone know how to get them in game yet without using nx(Teapot, marval, gatch) yet?

Yeah the massive attack boost is massive LOL. I haven't seen any at all in my world. My guild mates have been saying something about killing boss for shards to make sovereign but that's it.
Terminous, wasn't in any of the patch notes, but sovereign you can get from tea pots.

They are actually pretty bad, all of them are 1-2 speed levels lower than a different weapon of the type.
iE: Red Katana is fast (4), Terminus Divider is Normal (6)
