Tb Primal Bolt/Gale Confusion
When the skill states that "required Lightning Buff is removed", does that mean that it removes the lightning buffs used when the skill is used? Or does it only mean that you can use the skill without lightning active? And is Gale supposed to use up lightning buffs every time it is used?

As said above getting 5 stacks gives that buff as well as pdr for each stack. It really depends on the map your on if your going to use gale + bolt, or just get gales buff and use shark kick + thunder bolt. Having the 5 stacks comes in handy because you can also switch to annihilate+bolt to quickly take out the mobs that are alone.

1. It removes the lightning buffs that you have stacked
2. You can use the skill with or without lightning buffs, but if you have stacked (5) lightning buffs - you will gain the maximum damage buff Gale offers.
