Should I apologize? So a few weeks ago in choir class, there was this guy who called a girl I really liked a slu*. I was ready to deck him but I thought it would be more reasonable to talk to her about it and see what she thought about it. I first told her in person, she said she didn't care. And two weeks later, now, she suddenly starts crying and making a big commotion out of it. He denies that he said it and she believes him for some reason. She thinks that I'm lying so that she'd lose her friends, and now she doesn't want me as a friend, should I apologize so that I'd have a chance to be friends with her again? Or should I leave it, since all I did was tell the truth. EDIT: She messaged me and asked to forget about the situation. Thank
