im doing research, and some are saying it will only effect the exp from monster, not party bonus ( i plan to train at LHC). can anyone confirm this?

also, does it work like the 2x cards in the old days? where it's 2x on top of the 2x which made it 4x. if that's the case, wouldn't this be 30% of the 200%, which is 60%; therefore 260% exp instead?
