It has finally happened.
After 6 years of playing Maplestory, I have finally been hacked. The ironic thing is, I haven't played for a good 2-3 weeks, and the day I come back is the day I get hacked. Yesterday I go on a play for a bit, then decide to go play Skyrim as there wasn't any good sales on in the CS that I could spend my 25knx on.
Jump forward to today. I go on and check the CS to see if there are any perm pets for sale. I see that my nx balance is currently null. Thinking it was just lag, I reenter several times. It wasn't lag. I go check my fmmule and see that all my mesos are gone. (about 1 bill) So I go to the maplestory site and check my balance and see that someone has bought a arrow for 25,550 nx.
Now I can't see how the hacker could have done this, unless it is due to Nexon's poor security. I am behind a firewall, avast(scanned daily), and malwarebytes.
I am currently submitting a ticket on the matter at hand.

Game related, hacked. I think that is what I did. It seems like a lot of people got hacked yesterday.

No, the FancyBuns account got deactivated by Nexon with the whole DFO password reset campaign. I didn't have the email account anymore, so I can't get this account back until I fax nexon my details, which I am really not in the mood to do.
I never got hacked, but I feel as if it will happen to me at any moment.

Because it seems like everyone's account is getting compromised at this time. I always thought I was invisible to this sort of thing.
