Static Charge
Anyone else find the CD on this skill annoying? At first I didn't because I was always fighting things that even if they did debuff - static charge would stay which is really useful. But when I faced empress and she pigs you - guess what your static charge is gone too. I know that DB's or any class with a form of shadow partner when pigged gets debuffed but it's possible they can cast it again because it has no CD.

Same thing for other classes lol, when I go into Morph mode on my Kaiser I get rooted by Arkarium/Pierre, etc and bam, instantly gone.
Yea, I find it annoying when you rez inside RA and right after you buff you get caught in let's say Queen's Darkness and Breath and you're 1hko'd, then you gotta wait 180sec >.< so annoying.
This is how super trasnform was for buccs lol. I don't understand why it has a cd when it last as long as the cd.
