Will this computer function well?

Hi, I'm building a computer soon and all these parts are in the cart waiting to be ordered, but will it function well with each other? I've heard mixed testimonies on the motherboards BIOS, which can either be great or fry your RAM. I'd like to hear some experiences with these parts from your past, or maybe some issues I might have with this build.

Then don't get the Agusta. Raidmax isn't taken seriously anymore because many other case manufacturers make better cases.

Here's a community compiled list of H100i compatibility: http://www.overclock.net/t/1144409/h80-h80i-h90-h100-h100i-h110-case-compatibility-thread-page-1-for-full-listings
go with air cooling it costs less and will save you a buck to two... you can get to 5ghz on air with a decent cooler
The problem is that very few aftermarket coolers fit into my case, not height wise but width due to it hitting the exhaust fan.

@quan456
I was actually mainly worried that I might not be able to mount the top water cooling in the case and that is why I listed it. I personally wanted a vishera for 8 core + turbo because I will be overclocking it to a minimum of 4.7 and I didn't want to build a custom water cooling unit. I'll be using this as a gaming computer slightly, and for sitting down to bugger through homework at my desk, but I do want to use it a little for auto-cad 3d rendering to use with my friend's 3d printer.

My budget is 1700, and currently with shipping it's 1650.
and yes there are some minor components I didn't list.

Because a case is still an essential part of a computer (unless you are like a bencher or something and building it outside of a case) as well as the drives. In the past someone was building a rather high-end computer and yet only install it on a budget case, and that person went about complaining that his graphic card is too long and would hit the HDD cage. As for the drives, well, there have been people who forgot an optical drive and didn't have a mean to install there OS.

Despite it may seem like it doesn't matter, listing it is still helpful. Not only it will prevent us from wondering did he forget to add in a certain component (and believe me, there have been a few occasions where someone forgot to include a case), and it will allow us to give some sort of feedback on it. We may be able to give him an alternative that can very well be better than what he is planning on getting now.

What are you planning on doing on this computer?
What's your budget, and how much that build you had listed cost?

I would go with the Thermaltake SP-750M over the Corsair CX750M. They cost about the same, and they are both the same unit internally. They are both base on the CWT PUQ-B unit, except the Corsair is a bit cost down (uses mix of Japanese and Taiwanese caps that are rated at a lower temperature and uses a sleeve bearing fan). The TT also have longer warranty making it a better value. Actually, if you are going to SLI, it would recommend the higher-end Seasonic SS-650KM3 for $108.54: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088

Yes, that is almost the exact same system as I have.
I will function well in all tasks.

Also, the 8350 is just as good in games as the 3570k, if not slightly better.
It depends on the games aswell.
