@antisenpai: i've went through the monster book. it appears the only manuals available are katara and 2h swords manuals.
seriously now, why is nexon so stupid to remove items that are still needed to make other items?

@antisenpai: well as of my knowledge it doesnt even exists anymore, thats why im asking. all the quests and drops are outdated...
They're always fluctuating, mostly depends on how many are in the FM, or maybe Nexon did something to the Masteria area and making C-Ilbi have gotten more difficult to make, idk.
As for the bow production manual, you'll have to google it for yourself and see what drops it and if you want to spend that much time farming for it.
