See the pink orbs? That means he's a hero.

@TS: One of them isn't attacking, it's sort of like lag. If you watch carefully, one one will be attacking and that's the real one. To fix it you could CC or go into CS or MTS or
just walk into another map. The laggy one will disappear.

Edit: Just read the rest of your comment. If both were attacking that means only one was doing actual damage. The other was showing damage but the HP of the monster wouldn't have been decreasing.
