invalid card error
i was trying to put nx to my account with karma koin i bought but i keep getting invalid code error. I quadruple checked if i typed it wrong but their the exact same o.o? Any one having the same problem?

Take a high res photo of your card and submit a ticket with the image attached. They'll let you know if the card wasn't activated.
I'm having the same problem too, but I tried it again and it says it's already redeemed..

Maybe your card wasn't activated when you bought it
