no sylph ring quest
Not sure why, but on my lvl 129 bowmaster there's no option for the freud's journal quest. On all my other characters the book option is right there.

Are you in a map that you can't teleport from? Like Ardentmill or Beefy's Kitchen? Try switching maps if you can't see the quest.
Go to town.
