asyquot Diligence Leveling
So I found out that if you let your master craftsman decay down to level 10 smithing, you can level it back up and gain that 2k diligence again! And i'd assume the same works for meister to master craftsman.

If you unlearn smithing, early levels don't give you as much diligence, and you end up spending a lot. Also, fatigue limitations
