it's tier up boots. Guess i'm keeping it! thanks bois
If its the 100% tier up boots or something other then nova/tyrant then keep it. If it is nova/tyrant, then recube it for %stat.
if they are any other boots besides tyrant boots then keep it
yeah. having 2 decent skills is nice, but its best to have decent co + main stat. i once got that on my legendary tyrant shoes lol,what you got
