700k range with 6 people is...... okay IF they all know what they are doing.

Yup, as above said,
getting inside AND winning is hard.
The bosses are really difficult to beat, and you only stand a chance if you are greatly funded, or come with people funded havily enough.
Bringing more fighting players increases the chances of winning, and each player get thier own drops. (<-Equips only)
This way, we never lose from bringing more people.
I've personally beaten the queen, pierre, and the chicken. Never been to a successful C-Vellum run.

EDIT: Actually, I disagree with the guy above me, it takes more than 700k, but the average range needes goes down the more tricks and support you have.
Heaven's door increases death-count significantly, and beinging in people with great range AND mobility also increases the success rate of the run.

A group of 5~6 with an average range of 700k should be able to finish it.

GL getting someone to drag you along. People usually bring mules, friends, guildies, etc.
