Updating with this new patch?

I had a virus on my computer so i had to use system restore (It was REALLY BAD). So i just reinstalled Maplestory and I am trying to update it but when i try to update it says my version is to outdated which is weird cause i downloaded it from the site o.o. I just tried manual patching it but the bar doesn't move at all from Creating: Character base wz. I am really lost right now.
