Sylph Pendant Daily Quests not giving Sylph Stones
Second Week just started with all the Daily Training quests and the one which gives the Monochrome Damage Skin, but no Sylph Stone was rewarded after completing the Daily thing. Did I miss a day then? Or it counts only starting tomorrow?

Last ring event, all the quests reset Thursday and you could begin getting stones... probably going to happen again.
