Ra set or regular int?
Should i replace:
18%int overall
12%int hat
With a 50 m.atk set effect:
Top/bottom
Hat
So 30%int or 50m.atk?
Considering i have about 1300 base int and about 300total m.atk.
The ra set will cost 4b more.

I would go for the RA set since you could always improve on top of those with cubes in the future. ^_^
I think i can scroll it decently. However, no int% on the ra set
Am I the only one wondering why he has a base int of 1300? 999's the cap in all versions isn't it?
And I'd say go with the root abyss set.
If you can afford to scroll and cube the RA set, then go for it. It'll be worth it in the end.
Go for the RA set. It's better in terms of range and it gives you the option of completing the set.
If you can afford it, then you should obviously do it. If not, don't. It's not rocket science.
I'd go for the 30% int. Sounds like you'll get slightly more range, compared to the m.att
