A question about weapons and skills

So atm I have a 2 lined reverse nibleheim with about 137 att and 3% att, but i found a lvl 100 sheild with 3 lines, and I was wondering if itd be worth trying to get a 1h sword and using a sword and sheild. if you think I should, which sword should I get and how much att does it need to be better than my 2h? and also, a cost estamit (for the sword, 1h scrolls, sheild att scrolls) would be great!

Now my question for skills is that I currently have 3 in acb, 1 in blast, 1 in HH, and 1 in rush. Im maxing acb first of course, but im wondering where to go from there, as ive heard many different oppinions. I also dont have the money at this time to afford a blast 20 book, so keep that in mind.
